A one-week planning and research period to thoroughly map out your ideas and get them ready for a functioning application. A planning period will determine the following:
- Usage Scenarios What should happen during every step of interaction?
- Monetization Strategies How will you make money?
- Market Research What sets you apart?
- Hosting Options Where are you going to put this thing?
- Interface Planning How will your users interact?
- Design Evaluation Does it effectively communicate what you want it to?
Extra Innings 
On-going or short term development of a new or existing project. Extra Innings are intended to provide the missing pieces, including but not limited to:
- Ruby on Rails feature development and implementation
- Transforming a concept design into valid XHTML/CSS
- API Integration/Development
- Code Review/Audits
Opening Day 
A two week working period that produces a fully-functional beta of your application. Spring Training is required for an Opening Day product launch. Includes support and bugfixes for the following month.
Design 
Custom website and web application design. Visual impact and user interfacing is an extremely important part of your online identity.
- Web/Visual Interface Design
- User Experience/Usability development and consulting
- Custom WordPress/Other CMS templates
Cleanup Hitter 
A recovery service to salvage an existing project. Hire a cleanup hitter if you’re in a pickle with your current code.
